Pickup

it's possible to pick up your order at our address, or another place in the area. To do this, you'll need to make an appointment for pickup through email. This is because we don't have regular business hours.

Packaging.

All the binders and sports tops are individual packaged like the picture, for binders you can pick a different label for your privacy and safety. Instead of "binder" the box will say "crop top" or "shirt".

Your order will be shipped in a white cardboard box that fits through a mail slot. The box doesn't have a logo on it. Just your adress, our adress, and our company name Ursym Fashion.

All our packaging is plastic free. And the boxes are closed with eco friendly paper tape.

Shipping time.

You can find an estimate of the amount of time it takes for your order to be shipped to your country on the website of the mail carrier of your choice. Within the netherlands it usually takes 1-3 business days.

Please note that this does not include the time we need to process your order. We need a maximum of 5 business days to make your order.
