Product arived broken.
If your product arrived broken, then we are very sorry about this. Please sent an email to info@ursym.com. Include pictures of the state it arrived in, and mention your order number. We will reach out to you as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
I have a problem with my order.
If something is wrong with the product, and it has been less than 6 months. Please let us know trough email and include pictures. We want to ensure quality and if the problem is a mistake on our part we will replace the product. However, if the care instructions weren't followed, or you bought the wrong size. And the product is broken because of that. We can't replace it.
Returns within 14 days
If you would like to return your order, you have the right to do so within 14 days after receiving your order.
To do this, first sent an email to info@ursym.com and mention in your email your order number and which product(s) you'd like to return. We will send you our return address.
If you return the entire order, you will receive the full amount you paid, assuming the product is in reasonable condition. You can try it on. But if you want to return your order, it shouldn't be worn for longer than that. If the product is damaged, or appears to have been used. We will not be able to pay back the full amount.
If the products aren't damaged or show signs of wear and tear, you will only have to pay the cost of shipping the package from your address to ours.
The shipping costs may differ depending on where you live and the weight of the package. And you should check with your local post service what they charge for you to return the package to our address.
If you're in the Netherlands the shipping costs will be about €4.15 but may differ depending on the size of the package.
You will receive your money back when we receive your return.
